In November 2025, Pelagus IT acquired PARX SPS, consolidating accumulated technology, know-how, existing brands, and operational experience under a single, unified brand: 123 PARK.
As part of this transition, we are pleased to welcome Arnon Efraty, former President of PARX SPS, to Pelagus IT / 123 PARK as Lead, Urban Innovation & Mobility. Innovation grant to accelerate 123 Park for Private Parking
PARKSPOT, our partner, received a government innovation grant from North Macedonia’s Fund for Innovation and Technology Development, supporting the development of 123 Park for Private Parking -a next-generation solution that helps private owners and operators digitize access, reservations, occupancy, and payments.
“This grant is a strong recognition that the market needs smarter tools for managing private parking assets,” said Vladimir Chakarov, CEO of PELAGUS IT. “We’re proud that the concept has been acknowledged by the authorities, and this support will help us deliver a better product sooner. The first city where we plan to deliver the solution is Skopje, North Macedonia.”

A new parking management program in Prishtina
PELAGUS IT and PARX SPS, together with our partner TIS Park and the City of Prishtina (Kosovo), have launched a full-scale parking management program for Prishtina, the country’s capital.

“My Cotonou” demo parking program launches in Cotonou, Benin
PELAGUS IT and PARX SPS, together with our partner 3I Group, launched a demo parking management program for Cotonou, Benin under the name “My Cotonou”.
The demo introduced the EasyPark Mobile parking platform with key integrations, enabling the city and local stakeholders to validate a modern, digital approach to parking operations. The program was designed to demonstrate end-to-end capabilities—from configuration and payments to monitoring and reporting—while providing a foundation for a scalable, full deployment.

A new parking management contract in South America
PELAGUS IT and PARX SPS, together with their local partners secured a PPP contract to manage operations and supply its EasyPark Mobile parking management system to Asuncion, Paraguay.

EasyPark PPM is introduced in Aspen, Colorado
ASPEN CO. has decided to add the EasyPark личен паркинг-метар as an additional means of parking fees payment options available to visiting suppliers and contractors.

Bermuda expands EasyPark Mobile to off-street lots and garages
On October 1, 2016, PELAGUS IT and PARX SPS, together with our partner Agility Ltd, expanded the Bermuda parking program to include full management of off-street lots and garages in Hamilton and at the airport.
To enable this new phase, we integrated the platform with HyNet gate systems, allowing drivers to pay and open parking gates directly from the mobile application. This added a seamless, end-to-end experience for off-street parking—combining access control, payment, and operational management in one solution.
“This rollout was a major step forward in delivering a truly connected parking experience,” said Arnon Efraty, President of PARX SPS. “By linking mobile payments with HyNet gate access, we made off-street parking faster and more convenient for drivers while giving operators real-time control and visibility across garages and lots.”
