Our Story & Heritage
The roots of 123 Park go back more than a decade.
For over 15 years, Pelagus IT has been deeply involved in the development, evolution and long-term maintenance of the EasyPark Mobile solution, working as a development and technology partner for:
- PARX Ltd
- On Track Innovations (OTI)
- Atrinet
Together, these companies delivered and operated parking systems in live production environments, serving cities and parking operators across multiple markets.
In November 2025, Pelagus IT acquired the PARX parking assets and services, consolidating the accumulated technology, know-how and operational experience under a single, unified brand: 123 PARK.
Today, we continue to serve and support existing city and private parking customers, while actively investing in the next generation of smart parking solutions.
