Order your access equipment directly from the application: we can install it on site for you, or you can install it yourself. Once it’s activated, you’re ready to control access to your parking right away. And whenever you’d like to earn from it, simply set your rental prices – your lot then becomes visible to drivers looking for parking nearby.
2. What equipment do I need for the Access Control Service, and how is it installed?
The right equipment depends on your needs. You can choose from a range of options – barriers for individual space control, gate and roller-door controllers, or complete setups that include gates, license-plate recognition (LPR) cameras and more. You can install it yourself, or our team can install it on site for you.
3. How do I grant access to specific users for my parking spaces?
From the 123 PARK web application, you can grant permanent access to specific people, such as family members or staff who use your parking regularly. You can also issue one-time, time-limited access to a particular space for guests, valid only for the period you set.
4. Can I adjust my pricing plans and subscription level over time?
Yes. You can change your subscription plan at any time – upgrading or downgrading as your needs change – and the new plan simply takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
5. What safety measures are in place to ensure a smooth rental experience?
Every device is controlled through the app – over Bluetooth or via the cloud (using a built-in SIM) – so a gate or lock can only be operated by an authorized person: the owner, users you’ve granted access to, or a driver with an active booking. That keeps your spaces secure and each rental running smoothly, with access given only to the right person at the right time.
6. How do I manage my listed parking spaces and update their availability?
You manage everything from the 123 PARK web application. There you can update a lot’s status, set the days and hours it’s available, block out specific dates when it shouldn’t be rented, and adjust its other details whenever you need to.
7. What is the recommended pricing strategy for maximizing my rental earnings?
Look at what nearby public parking charges and how scarce parking is in your area, then set your rates accordingly – competitive enough to attract drivers, while still reflecting how convenient your spot is. Where public parking is expensive or hard to find, you can usually charge a little more.
8. How are payments handled for parking space rentals?
Drivers are charged automatically for each completed booking, and all payments are handled securely through our PCI-DSS-compliant payment system. At the end of each month, we transfer your earnings to your bank account: the full amount collected, minus the commission for your subscription plan. You can monitor your bookings and earnings at any time from the 123 PARK web application.
9. What happens if a driver overstays their booked parking time?
Overstays are handled automatically, so you never have to chase anyone. As a booking nears its end, the driver receives reminders in the app to leave on time, and can extend their stay in a tap whenever the space is still free. If a driver ignores the reminders and overstays, their booking-based access ends, and repeated or serious overstays can lead to charging for the extra time, penalties, or removal from the platform. Your space and any upcoming booking stays protected throughout.
