As part of this transition, we are pleased to welcome Arnon Efraty, former President of PARX SPS, to Pelagus IT / 123 PARK as Lead, Urban Innovation & Mobility. Arnon brings decades of leadership experience and deep expertise in the parking industry, strengthening our ability to support cities and partners as they modernize parking services and broader mobility initiatives.
